Wow!!!! I have been having some pretty annoying minor back pains from a surgery issue years ago that keeps nagging over the years- Advil® PM REALLY has made a difference in helping me get relief of occasional sleeplessness associated with those minor aches and pains of mine! It is pretty fast acting, too- I take it about an hour before I am ready to actually be asleep so that I can do my typical routine before bed & everything just falls into place with it, it's been great! Advil have been one of my preferred brands of all times. The past few years I have been struggling with back and neck pain and some nights is very difficult for me to sleep. It has ibuprofen, which takes care of the pain, and diphenhydramine, which makes you sleepy. I use it sometimes when I can't sleep because of a headache or a sore back. It works like a charm and I wake up feeling great. No side effects for me, like stomach ache or hangover. Also, don't take Advil PM ibuprofen 200mg more than once a day, or for more than 10 days in a row. It's only for when you really need it, not for every night. If you have serious or lasting pain or insomnia, you should see a doctor. So, yeah, I think Advil PM ibuprofen 200mg is a good product for people who want some relief from minor pain and sleeplessness. It does the job, it's easy to use, and it's cheap. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a simple and safe way to get a good night's sleep.

There are 20 coated caplets in a bottle. Advil is my go to whenever I've body pain or headaches. I'm glad they got this now, something that'd help you with pain and help you get some sleep at the same time. As we all know, it's so hard to get some sleep or stay asleep whenever you're experiencing body pain. In my case most of the time, I'm having back pain, shoulder pain, or leg/feet pain from standing all day. You just need 2caplets before bedtime. Though, this is only good for adults and children 12yrs and over. I can't swallow the big capsules, so I'm glad they've got this in caplet form and is coated so no bitter taste. This is indeed great for sleeplessness due to body aches and pains. Just make sure to Read the labels and warnings before taking it.
