[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited to see that this has a slightly smaller dose of the active ingredient in Benadryl than the full dose. I sometimes take Benadryl for nighttime headaches but I wake up very early for work and am too groggy if I take a full dose.

I personally can say that this product works wonders one night I had a major headache which troubled me from sleeping. I ended up taking Advil PM and fell asleep fast.
