Perfect mat.
Great mat. Shorter length is perfect for ab workouts and stretching. Easy to roll-up and transport. Provides good cushioning as well. I have two: one for the gym and one for home workouts.

Shorter than it looks, but still fits for my height (5'4). I thought it was like a rubbery material, but it does say foam and it is foam.
