Pilates Resistance Ring
Great for strengthening arms and legs. Works different muscle groups than just lifting weights. Versatile. Can use it to build strength watching tv, even using the computer, sitting at a table working, lying on the floor, talking on the phone... No latex, as that would have been a deal breaker.

Flimsier than expected
The ring is flimsy and the handles too cushy soft. I like it, but don't expect it to last as long as more solid products. I guess you get what you pay for.

I was very pleased with all the equipment I purchased. My only disappointment was the Pilates ring was not as strong or resistant as ones I've purchased in the past.
