Good quality supplant! I just began taking this supplement a couple days ago so I don't yet know of its effectiveness for my body however I have found that it doesn't react negatively and that's very important to me since I'm a kidney/pancreas transplant recipient so I usually notice on my very first dose if something is harmful or going to make me sick. This supplement hasn't made me feel nauseous, temperament, sleepy, drowsy, pain, etc I look forward to seeing the benefits as I will continue to use it
