Germs, sniffles, doctors, etc. away. It says to take two and most people take 2 when they go on vaca, but I take one daily to get my body and keep it in defense mode. Great flavor. It's a gummy, so what's not to love.

Appeared to have been hot at some time and were melted and stuck in the bottom of the bottle. Probably a third of them were no good.
