Ajax Powder Cleanser with Bleach, Scratch-Free Formula, 21 oz Bottle

Our problem is not with the product, but how it was shipped. When the box was opened the powder of the Ajax can was loose inside the box, Powder all over our rug. They were shipped on their side and one of the cans was open on the bottom. All showed kinks/dents on the bottom but the outer box was fine. This means they were damaged prior to shipping. At the very least, they should have been bagged and boxed upright.. Walmart wants me to return them for a refund. Not worth my time. Here's the pics.

The product is of value, but in the order, they packaged the product when it got to me it was damaged. It was overflowing, broken damaged. They should've used a bubble bag. Product was damaged.

Very unhappy I can not buy the Ajax powder in the Green container? It was fantastic for cleaning baths showers & great for getting stains off kitchen benches! There is nothing out there that will do the same & I don't understand why you would get rid of something so popular!! Very disappointed with ajax

This is what Ajax looks like every time it is shipped to me!!! Over half is spilled in the shipping bag and the canister is busted! Please replace!!! I also want to let you know this new Walmart shipping is undesirable. I HATE the new way of ordering and shipping cost of non Walmart vendors. When I order from Walmart I want it to be from Walmart if I wanted other vendors I would google a vendor of my choice!!! We all have other choices of products and Walmart will lose business if they continue with this unsatisfactory way of dealing with their customers.

I received part of my order FedEx informed me package was damaged and had to replace label but apparently it was damaged more because I only received 2 Ajax cleaner rather than 6 and my grits were dumped out of their box next to the Ajax so I'm assuming the other 4 busted?!

I ordered ajax powder for shipping because it was not in store. The box arrived with loose powder all over because the majority of the canisters bottoms were faulty and they had all broken open. It was the most toxic air when the box was opened. Very very upset.

I was super disappointed when my package arrived damaged, bleach was everywhere!! This was definitely a mess took an hour to clean up because of the position the cans were in. I'm not sure who to blame Walmart or USPS and the way they handle the box but I was able to get a refund. If anything in the future if Walmart does review the comments left by customers from their review, they should definitely put the cans in safety plastic bags.

Absolutely horrible way to package an item and the package was not handled properly. These Ajax powders exploded inside the box and got all over the trash bins that were inside as well. I have sensitive skin and now am going to be itching and sneezing for weeks!

Review is on delivery service. I order 5 containers. They came in a box with no extra packing. Upon opening the box I was covered with Ajax powder. Allover my face, my clothes, my counter! 1 of the containers was split open. I called my local Walmart 5192 and got no help. Not even 1 manager got on the phone with me. Hate Walmarts customer service!

The items were delivered damaged due to improper packing. There was no bubble wrap or any packing materials to protect the product. The items were all busted open.
