I am very pleased with this purchase. The mop works as advertised and the battery still held a charge after I finished several sizeable areas. Good value.

It took 4.5 hours to charge the first time. But it had much more power after that compared to when I used it when I first got it. I really was pleased with how well it cleaned the floors.

I like it. I've only used water with it. I don't wanna damage it I wanted to add Mistolin Spanish Caribbean floor washing staple. It seems good. I will have to wait a couple of months to definitely say a better review but for now it gets the job done. And I've washed the pads and they came out fine.

It is pretty flimsy and it likes to pull to the sides on its own. It is easy to use. We had a piece break off as we were assembling it, but got it to work.i like that the pads are Velcro. One thing I don't like is that it sprays really far. The problem was that while I wanted to spray areas, it sprayed well into the areas I had already mopped. For the price it is OK. But if you have a lot of floor to mop, not the best.

Doesn't steer very well, I want it to go one way and it goes the other. It's a constant battle and it should be an easier item to use. The spray is way too high it goes in the air instead of pointing down on the floor. Then you have a mess all over your wall or cabinets from water spraying them

I love it but it has already stopped working. It clogged up and I only put distilled water and vinegar in it

This item worked the first time I used it the second time I used it after charging. It did not work at all. I plan to return this to the store for credit.

Don't waste your money on this item. I get a better clean from an inexpensive spray mop that I can actually apply pressure to without worrying about the handle breaking. Sadly, I waited too long and can't return it.

Yes, it was no response on that because I did not receive. I ordered it on the fourth. The day is the seventh then I get an email stating has been refunded to me then I get a response saying that it's been delivered. I have nothing been delivered to my house. I have a camera on my porch. This happened often with Walmart delivery with me and they don't want me to get other folks involved in this it's ridiculous so that's my point on it.

I really love this mop…until it no longer works!!! I am on my fourth one. Why did I buy it four times because I love this mop!!! but it just stops working after four or five uses!!! they do replace it after I contact the right sources… but it's gotten to the point where I buy it again NO!
