I had osteoporosis and took several calcium supplements prior to taking AlgaeCal. After a short time they gave me pains in my joints like the calcium was collecting there but in a negative way. It all makes sense now. Women who were taking rock-based calcium capsules were still getting osteopenia and worse. The human body is able to break it down and absorb it, and then use it! Of course. I wouldn't go a day without it.

I decided not to take Stontium. I know I should have taken it and had no problems as most people but I didnt like the idea of two at bedtime. However I have read on your pages that really anytime that suits is fine so long as it is apart from Algaecal. Perhaps I may change my mind

I have been using AlgaeCal and Strontium Boost for several years now and having period bone density tests to evaluate the results. My most recent test showed that my bone density is increasing over the test taken in 2021 and the 2021 test showed that I also had increased bone density from my test in 2019. I really did not want to be on Fosamax due to the side effects from taking that drug so I am thrilled with these results!!

I can't really say too much about taking AlgaeCal yet, since I haven't had a 6 month or 1 yr. follow up dexa scan. I was looking forward to experiencing the relief from pain/discomfort that triple power was to bring, but after it arrived I saw on the bottle that it contained green tea, which I have a "sensitivity" to and could not take it. It would be appreciated if there was a clear exposure to contents in the products, before purchasing. Since I opened it, I didn't even think it could be returned. I gave it to a friend at church, also suffering from inflammation.

I began taking it because I was concerned that my initial blood test showed I needed more calcium and magnesium.My follow up blood test showed improvements. My first bone test were normal. I will have to see on the second test to determine any changes.

I ordered strontium a month ago to try taking with my AlgaeCal Plus. I have been taking one pill every night before bedtime. I am hoping to increase my bone density naturally. I have osteoporosis and due for a bone density test next month. Hoping for an improvement in my scores!
