On occasion, my lactose intolerance flares up when I eat portions of the wrong food. I found the Align Probiotic to be helpful in reducing the symptoms of my lactose intolerance. This is a good product that is effective for stated conditions. My physician also recommended it. It has nice packaging with a sheet of seven tablets for each day of the week. I gave it four stars because of the price. It is nearly 50% more expensive than a comparable generic. It is also not always available at the store and must be shipped. This may be a Walmart stocking issue rather than a manufacturer's issue.
