To me it tastes like a mix between grapes, plums and licorice. The benefit that I noticed the most was the probiotic keeps me regular and my stomach seems much calmer

They are a bit chewy and of course leave an after taste but it is tolerable and not terrible. I like that they're small in size and chewy unlike the hard vitamins.

I've tried a few different probiotics and this one seems to be as good as any other. I don't like the fact that there's only a 28 days supply in most of these when of course we try to purchase some once a month
