It does a pretty good job of just kinda relaxing everything. As far as helping with stress I think it does a good job not being a prescription. I would recommend trying this!

It's hard to tell any of these apart anymore. I have IBS-C and probiotics have been recommended by my gastrointestinalist. I always try to mix it up but so far this seems to work pretty good.

Packaged in a day of the week blister package it is easy to keep track of the days you take it.

I received my order today 1/14/24. The best buy date is 01/2024. These items shouldn't have been allowed to shipped considering the perishable nature. Who is doing QC? I recommend the product because I have used it several times before and it makes a big difference for my digestive issues. But I would not recommend the seller for sending out of date items.
