These are really good vitamins to take on top of a multi vitamin, they offer a lot of benefits for the vegetable benefits, they do not offer much in terms of vitamins, so I would avoid this if you are solely looking for a multivitamin, this is a topper to improve immune health.

I'm happy with choosing Alive! — I feel a bit more steady through the day, and knowing the blend has fruit & veggie powders gives me extra confidence. If you're looking for a solid daily multi-vitamin and already eat a pretty decent diet, this could be a good pick.

They have a great taste and they are very effective to support the immune system. They make you feel healthy to prevent from fewer colds. They have vitamin c and zinc. You will feel better taking them which is beneficial to your immune system

I like these and what they 'provide'. But I just realized, because I had left them in my bag in my car (wasn't that hot...), took them out this morning to take, and they partially 'melted', leaking a green liquid from them inside the bottle. That, I don't like....

Not much of a mutivitamin but makes me feel better. I used to buy alive multi gummies .The softgel is huge it would be better smaller.

The items arrived timely but to my dismay when I opened one of the packages, I found a green oily slime inside the bottle. I checked the remaining bottles and found they all had the oily green slime inside. They appear to be from the same batch and show the same lot number. I suspect something went awry before these were shipped to me. I will be requesting a return and a replacement.

These don't offer as much immune support as I hoped making them high priced for the value.
