OMG these things are AMAZING. I had nearly given up on anything OTC for quick relief from my heartburn, indigestion, and severe stomach pains, but these things take care of it within minutes. I had tried tums, gavascon, mylanta, basic alka seltzer, and others, but none of tgem seemed to take the full pain away, but these things work miracles.

I like this product and use it when I feel bloated or eat spicy foods , I suffer with acid reflux when I eat certain food, but if I take two tablets I don't get bloated or acid reflux, I highly recommend this product.

I have been using this particular product for my many Gastro issues for many years, many moons and roughly 2 decades! I always only eat 1 chew at a time, 2 for me personally can actually make my symptoms worse, 1 chew definitely helps, as it is extremely reliable for my acid reflux, extreme bloating, and for intestinal gas pains. I forsee many more anti-bloat chews to help relieve my symptoms in my gaseous future!

I am one of those many people who have occasional heartburn, and I have tried many products to help relieve the discomfort. Sometimes the taste of the medicine used for that discomfort is worse than the pain itself, but I recently tried the Alka-Seltzer chewables and not only did they work quickly, but they taste good. I carry them with me everywhere. I go now, knowing that they work extremely well without the bad taste.

I trust this product to get my stomach or gas issues in order at a moments notice. As I age I tend to have more gas issues at night so I keep a bottle in my bedside drawer leaving one chew on my desk to take quickly and they do work fast. I also keep them in my purse and on my living room desk as needed after meals.

Of all the tablets to take for heartburn this one is my go to. The chalky tablets leave much to be desired in terms of taste (which may or may not be a big deal to some) and that makes a difference to me. I'm much more inclined to have a few of these to treat heartburn or gas and it does work surprisingly well for gas issues.
