Beyond getting the medicine out of the package, like all the other brands do as well, this is my go-to when it comes to my colds. Day\Night quil does not have any effect on me, this does. It lasts close to the 4 hours as suggested. Some times I can actually feel when the medicine stops being effective.

This is the best cold I have ever taken. It works within about 15 to 20 minutes. Within days of taking this product I was feeling better. I barely coughed, which is unual for me when I get a cold.

It works great if I get sick on a Friday until I can get into my Doctor on Monday! I keep it on hand all year round.

This stuff is great. The specialized Alka Seltzer products really get the job done. Whatever ails you, they've got something for it. We even use these in Spring when we're fighting allergies. We like to use the fizzy ones but these are less trouble and, of course, great to take along for when you're out and about.

works really well and pretty fast others you have to use multiple times a for 4 to 5 days where as alka seltzer you will see better results 1st couple of doses to a day or 2 not 5 days like others

The product was very very old,I assume. They suppose to be gel capsules but were hard as plastic. The box was so glued til it took the golm off the bix in general,as I opened it. Terrible. Seemed repackaged!
