This is a very hard product to find so was thrilled to find it on Walmart.com. It was a good price and was sent very quickly. It is an excellent product for wintertime use. Thanks Walmart for carrying unusual products that can't be found anywhere else without a lot of research.

refreshing and clears my sinuses
After recommended by a co-worker, it is the best thing I have ever tried. having post nasal drip and a multitude of sinus infections, this clears me right up. I use it first thing in the morning and right before bed. It is easy to use, refreshing and clears my sinuses right up. I have been able to stop using perscription stuff since I started using Alkalol.

Soothing, pleasant scent
Very soothing! I have used ALaklol products for at least 30+ years, whenever I can find them. Until seeing the nasal spray on Walmart I wasn't aware of it. I was very pleased as I am one of those “Spring-to-Fall” sinus sufferers. Felt better an hour after using it!
