I am so very excited to try this. I was listening to Dr. Barabara O'Neill and she tells us that Cellu is one of two sweeteners (the other being Monk) is waaay better than Stevia. Better for us. I always valued the product uality, value, care of shipping and would have given a five star here had it not CHANGED DRAMATICALLY RECENTLY (FALL/WINTER 2025) Unfortunately the normally white powdery substance had changed to a slighly off and off color as well ( light orangey white color -subtle but noticeable to me) and I didn't take the time (too much weather related arthritic pain to take the time) to contact Gsweetz (maybe you all can) and let them know and so now I just hunt around for the best price I can find Since as you ALL KNOW OF THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICE GOUGING AND UNAVAILABILITY FOR THIS ITEM AND GSWEETZ HAD ONE OF THE BETTER PRICE STRUCTURES FOR CONSUMERS ....A SHAME I HAD TO LET IT GO..... Well, I read that Allulose was a very good sweetener substitute for stevia, so I thought I'd give it a try. Well, maybe my taste buds are used to the extra-sweetness of stevia, but I found Allulose not sweet at all, and it left a really bitter aftertaste. This may not be the case for other folks. The texture of the product is fine, the packaging is perfect. I will donate the two bags I didn't open. End of story.
