I've had nothing but success with this product. When sticking to low fat meal plans, I've managed to lose 3-5 pounds in two weeks. (I'm in no rush to lose weight). A word of caution: stick to 15 grams of fat or lower with each meal or you will suffer the side effects!!

Been using for a week I've lost 5 lbs. But I've meal planned & stayed at around 1200 calories & i work out 3 days. I definitely believe they work. I tried loosing weight on my own with the same calorie deficit & excercise & i was not able to loose much. I didn't have any side affects. I always try to stay under 15 grams of fat. Looking foward to another successful week!!

I used Alli a couple of years ago when I was doing Nutrisystem (to lose weight before summer) and it worked really well! I am using it again now to lose a few pounds again before summer!! It really works and I have lost 8 solid pounds this time around. I did not regain all the weight I lost a couple of years ago when I lost 20 pounds on Alli and Nutrisystem combined.

Background: Female, age 59, 5'6", 60lbs overweight, junk food junkie, tried almost every diet plan out there. Just completed week 1 - I have known about Alli for years but have been paranoid about the side effects. After topping my highest weight ever I decided I'm going to give it a try. I have had very minimal side effects, if any. I don't know if Alli acts as a appetite suppressant but I have not found myself starving or craving junk food. I have only focused on fat grams alone (not calories, carbs, etc) and found that in most cases it cuts calories as well. I still eat the things I love just in "fat" moderation and have LOST 7lbs!!

I honestly cant say enough great things about this product. I was skeptical when I first got it and I am now on my 3rd month. I have lost 34lbs so far and I am hoping to get another 30 out of it. My Dr even said he is shocked and thrilled it has worked so well for me as he was even more skeptical than I was. 3 months ago I was wearing a size 16 and just today I got into a size 11. I have struggled with weight loss for years. This last month I have been watching everything I eat and even joined a gym. I had heard about "alli" and thought I would try it. I only take twice a day and in three days have lost 2 pounds!! I do not have any "oily leakage" and I do not have gas or cramps. The literature in the packaging was very helpful and put me at ease. I've only been on for 3 days so I'm curious what I can report in 3 weeks :)

I took this product ( a brand one called xenical ) in another country few years ago.. i knew it worked because i experienced the side effect which is fatty leakage,bloating ,and others .. but with this one i experienced none so i think either it is fake or it is just not as good as the brand
