I've had no side effects. Multiple people have been sick around me and I believe this helped me to stay healthy. I take 1 in the am and 1 in the afternoon.

Good to take on the daily!
Good prophylactic for common cold, flu and C19. Also good to double your when you do get sick to shorten symptom time. No funny aftertaste or yucky tasting burps after swallowing. Will purchase again.

Great service / slow shipping
The company itself is very quick about responding to problems and getting it resolved. I can't say how I like the product yet as it didn't arrive in the time frame it had listed at the initial purchase shown on Walmart.com so I had to buy some somewhere else. I am eager to try it once the other bottle is empty.
