it seemed to help with my chest cold - although beware passing of gas near anyone nearby for the aroma may be an unpleasant experience for anyone, including yourself. And I know sometimes it doesn't bother you, in fact you may take pride in it, but this will be different.

I was told NAC supplements have shown promise in reducing cravings for alcohol use disorder while at a treatment facility. It's only my third day but I'm noticing an increase in energy levels and reduction in cravings. It's still early but initial results are promising. I'm also noticing a clearing "brain fog" which I'm hopeful will continue to improve. Very happy so far.

n-acetylcysteine. Smells like the real deal if you break a capsule open. Same gastro effects if you mega dose it. I obviously didn't send it to a lab for testing but I feel certain it contains NAC. iykyk, pleiotropic benefits. Cheap, easy way to access it if you run out of a more expensive brand from some of the more "high end" supplement companies. Would recommend

I was born with a genetic autoimmune liver disease called Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis, which has no real cure or treatment besides getting a transplant. I would like to avoid that at all cost, living out the rest of my life with the liver I have. I read that this is good for liver support and have added it to my supplements. IT SMELLS LIKE flatulence IT TASTES LIKE HOW A flatulence SMELLS WHILE INSIDE MY MOUTH. I am willing to overlook that aspect due to my circumstances ….if you don't have liver disease, you can be nit-picky about it 🤷‍♀️. Again - I am trying to avoid a massive life-changing transplant surgery, so I am choosing not to be picky . It sucks for a minute and then I move on with my life…. Just be warned LOL

It is a stronger mg dose for trying for the 1st time, so I it is pretty powerful @2 at once. It stinks and I hate capsules, all in all, it's what my healthy ordered!!

This was recommended to me by a friend, and I think I didd notice some improvement in brain fog. It is also promoted as being good for immune support, and I have not been sick at all since I started the first bottle. I am ordering a second bottle.

Rancid smell. Very sulphuric. I took a total of 3 doses over 2 days and ended up severely bloated and constipated. And once I finally went to the bathroom it smelled like a sulphuric burnt rubber leading me back to this vitamin. I do not recommend this to anyone.

I am an avid supporter and user of NAC (Jarrow, NOW, etc) for many years. I needed some fast to clear up my chest congestion (great for COPD!) so I ordered this brand. I expected that it may not be as good a quality as Jarrow my go to, but I thought it would at least work, but not a chance. NAC usually clears me up within 24 hours, but it didn't and the notorious odor that is expected with NAC isn't there. It smells like they added garlic to make it stink, but it's not the typical odor one would expect. I hope to get a refund and I don't recommend this NAC product at all.

The bottle of Spring Valley NAC stinks terribly! Like nauseating level. Either I got a bad batch or they all smell this way. Highly recommend going with a different brand of the same item.
