Great quality for the price. Only problem is I'll need to make an umbrella stand. It's a heavy umbrella and a regular stand doesn't come up high enough to hold it upright, but other than that it's great.

This is the first umbrella purchase that my husband actually liked! A lot! We had deliberated trying to add a canopy over our patio, but winds make this difficult. Or, we could attach one to the wall -- expensive and difficult. This umbrella, because of its shape, is just perfect. It makes out outdoor dining area (which is all we can use now) with two other people cozy. I added lights, so the whole feel is almost like being in Italy -- in the Bay Area of California.

Recently bought a nice teak table that extends to over 10 feet long and wanted a nice sized umbrella to cover it. Was doing the search and came across this umbrella from Alpha Marts. Love the size and it got good reviews, so I bought it. After it arrived I noticed how well it was built, in fact the pole was high quality machine work and substantial in size. Not your average umbrella pole. Of course, my fear would be that it would not go in the hole at the center of my teak table. Luckily, the pole did fit into the table and while I had to make a few off instructional changes, it came out looking great. I am pleased to say the least. It provides ample shade and looks great.

It's big! I had to tip over the bottom half while my son inserted the top half because we were in a screened in lanai and the screened ceiling became part of the consideration-got it done Will send photo if possible

Phenomenal umbrella! It is HUGE! It opens and closes SO easily and effortlessly. It's beautiful! We're the envy of the neighborhood but not for long because everyone wanted to know where we got it!

This was an excellent purchase for my family and I. We bought two and so happy that we did. It looks great, it's strong and sturdy and fits well on our deck. We've gotten so many compliments. Both shaded the complete deck and blocked the sun from beating down on us. Easy to open and close. Love that we can tie it closed ensuring the wind doesn't blow it away. An excellent product!!

We ordered 2 of these after being told we would need a permit from the city to build a pergola in our back yard patio. I'm so glad we did. These are amazing! They were easy to put together and we love them.

I was skeptical, then I was impressed with the design, easy to set up, well thought out. Love the hand crank feature. Gives me a good amount of shade!! Only thing possibly missing is a cover to use while it's in a closed position.

Very solid and stable but must be put down when not in use or windy. It's. It quite 15' x 9' when erect. I think it would be if laid out flat on the ground it would be but correctly assembled and fully open it covers closer to 14' x 8'.
