There is little if any scientific evidence that alpha lipoic acid has any quantifiable health benefits, and any such benefits would be hard to identify subjectively in terms of perceived well-being, energy, or whatever - too many other variables in play over the time span we're considering. Those of us who take the supplement are hoping some very tenuous evidence that ala retards aspects of the aging process will pan out in long-term studies; if they do, we'll have been taking advantage in the interim, and if they don't, it appears the only adverse effect is on our wallets. So the only "review" I can give is that I received an intact bottle of capsules.

I couldn,t give higher praise,for their product,and the shipping . As for helping my neuropathy---,the Alpha Lipoic Acid,taken along with Benfotiamine. has had no notable effect ,at 1 month. I,l keep you posted..So far Gabapentin has helped best. for the shootin pain relief,although the nunbness persists.
