I've been taking silica for over 20 years & prefer horsetail extract. At 58, my skin is clear and smooth & my joints very mobile & comfortable. It's hard to find good standardized extracts. Always liked this brand, but it was too pricey elsewhere. Please keep it!

This product is great. I bought this for my hair and nails. I've been taking this for a little over a month now, my nails have been growing super fast. At the end of the month I grew a little over a half an inch, but I normally grow less than a half an inch. So I'm very pleased with this product. I only take one a day.

I believe this is a good product. However, I have switched over to Swanson's Bamboo Silica because I prefer the capsule form. I believe silica should be an RDA because it is needed for bone density, hair, skin and nails.

This is a wonderful product however, every time I receive it, most of the pills in the bottle are broken into pieces. Otherwise, I would be happy with it.
