GOOD QUALITY FROM A REPUTABLE SUPPLIER.
I have used various OTC supplements from NOW and always found the quality good. The size of the capsules in this product is quite large but still easy to swallow. As for efficacy, it will take time to assess the results.

Know Your ALAs
Remember, if the product does not say R-type ALA then it is most likely S-type ALA, the synthetic form. S-type is cheaper and far less effective. If the product had R-type, it would says, because of its efficacy and more costly to harvest. So, beware!
