Excellent product! Plenty of alfa lipoic acid Plus an added Bonus of Grapeseed Extract! I take this for longstanding Neuropathy and Nerve Pain. Excellent for Diabetics.

Remember, if the product does not say R-type ALA then it is most likely S-type ALA, the synthetic form. S-type is cheaper and far less effective. If the product had R-type, it would says, because of its efficacy and more costly to harvest. So, beware!

The ONLY reason this is getting 2 stars is because the protective purple rip-seal on my bottle was not in place and the internal seal was broken so we had to throw these away. "Normally" this is a good product... we typically use nothing but "NOW" vitamins and supplement whenever possible. I added photos. You can see the bottle on the left has the purple safety seal on it, unlike the bottle on the right which has a missing seal. Also, on the second photo, you can see the internal seal is lifted up on the inside meaning we cant use this bottle.
