I would recommend a small pill and coated for easy swallowing. I have to split it before I take it every night.

After reading the reviews on this I make sure to handle the tablets sensibly and take them out of the bottle only before I am about to take one and follow them with enough water. Other than that, this is an easy way for me to get the type of magnesium that works best for me without upsetting my stomach.

My mother recommended I take this, as she does for countless other things. But I always research what she recommends. This one struck me as different. It is very difficult to find magnesium in diet, especially one that is easily absorbed. Magnesium chloride is one of the most efficient ways to include magnesium in diet, and the benefits were promising. I tried this and what a difference! This has been the only supplement besides iron that I can feel making a difference in my day to day. I now never miss taking it. My mind is so much clearer and feels like it processes at a higher speed. It really feels like my mind is younger. Mental fatigue is a thing of the past with this. Amazing.

I have confidence in this product because it is highly absorbable, being able to cross the blood brain barrier.

I have been taking this to help with my back pain. I usually take this every night since this really makes me sleepy. For some it did not have any sleepy effect, but I guess it really depends on the one taking it. It actually tastes really bad but it does a lot of help for me. It has also helped taken the pain away which for me is much more important, regardless of the taste. I also read that taking magnesium is important in the production of energy for our body. It also improves our muscles, bone health as well as kidney. This is a great buy I just hope thay can make one in capsule instead.

Blood test revealed I was low on magnesium. I used several other more expensive products before learning that magnesium chloride is the most effective form. One daily tablet & I feel much better & my labs show a magnesium increase. Swanson's has great prices, as always.

I purchased this product to combat horrible leg cramps during the night. I am not happy with the product performance, it does not seem to work. I am comparing it to slow mag which does the job. These tablets are not coated which makes them hard to swallow. I do take a lot of other supplements in various sizes and don't have issues swallowing tablets. They also taste very bitter. It is sold by Swanson, and their products are usually spot-on, but this stuff does not help me at all, and I will never buy it again.

I have always received excellent quality products, However, I forgot that I bought this product before. It cannot be stored in my weekly pill container because it becomes water-logged and starts dissolving. Even if kept in original container it is almost impossibe to swallow. Please stop carrying this inferior product.

Do not like the tablets. They are falling apart in the bottle. Taste terrible as they start dissolving in your mouth. Will not buy again.
