This sublingual B12 is an exceptional product. My daughter has Lyme disease and requires large amounts of B12. This is the only B12 she is able to handle with her multiple chemical sensitivities. I can only speak from my experience with this product that I had very low B12 and tried products over the counter and shots in the doctors office. In my research found out this form of B12 is the best to use and my last bloodwork proved that when my numbers came back normal and the doctor said it works keep using it.

I purchased this on recommendation from my doctor as I have very low B12. The small tablets dissolve quickly and there is almost no taste to them. They are chalky though, so the bottle is full of chalk dust. Add to this the fact that they are hot pink in color. I have to be careful not to spill the bottle or there is a hot pink mess everywhere! They are doing the job, however, and I will purchase this product again.
