the larger dose works out better then taking MORE pills. I take so many at this time that I prefer one larger dose pill then more, This dissolves very quickly also.
Loved that it is easily absorbed under the tongue. I take this with the same company's Vitamin D3 and know both are doing what they're supposed to do for my body.
Love that it's easily absorbed in my system. So easy to take!…really tiny pills….. Definitely a top priority k2 is for good health.
They are very small and they are sweet tasting. very easy to take. put under your tongue and it melts really fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great way to take vitamin k2.
I had a heart attack 6 years ago. As a result, I take K2-MK7. If you don't know about this supplement as a potential aid for atherosclerosis, you can Google it. Most doctors prefer it as menaquinone. The dosage needs to be pretty high, so I'm always looking for something that can give me more than 100 mcg in a single dosage. This little pill, placed under my tongue every day gives me 300 mcg and it's in the form of menaquinone - bonus! I'll be purchasing this often.
It is apparently best to take K-2 sublingually and alongside MK-7 anything that is. So this item fills the bill.
My doctor highly recommended this brand because it is simple to use and the K-2 vitamin pills taste good. I really enjoy this product.
