Alteril All Natural Sleep Aid Tablets, 30 Count

This product is the best! My wife was into something called Sleep 3 until I got her to try these and she agreed they're much better. On the side of the box it says you will sleep good tonight, and it's true! They've never let me down when I need a good night's sleep. And the best part is they're not a drug all natural.

Alteril is a non-prescription sleep aid. I don't like to take prescriptions if they can be avoided, and this supplement is the only over-the-counter sleep aid that works for me. (Melatonin without the L-tryptophan does not work.) Now that I am in my late 60's, I frequently have difficulty getting to sleep (or staying asleep) and Alteril provides me with the means to get the rest I need. I am grateful to have found this supplement.

Didn't help me. But I have an extreme problem.

My husband absolutely loves this, but I've tried it, and I was wired the entire night. The few times I did sleep, it was one of those half-awake sleeps where you still know everything around you. But again, this works like magic for my husband!! I suggest trying it, but maybe on a night where you don't have anything to do the next day.

i had to thriw these away. the label says no melatonin. yet you sent me, after waiting almost 2 weeks, 1 containing melatonin. when i found out i could return the 2nd wrong order, i took pictures of the boxes and prices
