These are very comfortable I would like them to be a bit more thin but overall I like them, even my daughter ended up liking them the absorption is really good. They fit a bit snug but true to size. We purchased size medium and we were about 130 pounds at the time and 5'5. The are maybe a 5/10 for breathability.

these worked well post surgery but were a bit bulky and loose. The smallest size wasn't small enough for me so that is a personal thing. i also found Secret to be thinner and less noticeable.

They are not sensitive. They're coarse like paper.
