Good product for a good price
These are capsules, and they're easy to swallow. I started taking them because it was recommended to help with neuropathy, and I must say, even though I only had mild neuropathy, these capsules have been helping. I would recommend them if you are looking for this type of relief.

Grapeseed Extract and Alpa Lipoic Acid are a powerful antioxidant combination in fighting the effects of peripheral neuropathy. Grapeseed Extract has the side benefit of lessening the harmful effects of smoking. These two have been part of my regimen for years.
