I have restless legs. Alpha Lipoic Acid helps calm my legs and allows me to relax and sleep well. I don't know if this will work for everyone but I have recommended it to friends and they say it helps them as well. Worth a try if you have restless legs.

I think this product helps with sugar in your body however, if you have Gerd or any stomach problem, be aware that it can really burn. I take these capsules and break them in half to avoid that.

I bought this because I was hoping to see an improvement fro my diabetic dry skin. I hoped that taking a supplement orally on a daily basis would help, but I honestly do not see a difference. I probably will not buy again, because it did not help me, but may just be me.

I didnt feel like they were helping me very much compared to the bottle I had before these. It concerned me enough that i went back to other brand and threw the rest of these away
