got these for myself due to vitamin deficiency. my energy felt drained everyday and i had to do something about it. been taking them about 2 or 3 weeks and i feel more lively lol. i feel better just seeing them and taking them. i know im doing something wonderful for my body. when i dont take them, ive missed days on a accident doinh life stuff and it doesn't effect me till the next day. i do recommend these to anyone who is low on vitamin B in general.

I never knew this before but b7 is biotin and the amount of it is very high. It had a big effect on how my levothyroxine was able to work. It was not good. Never take the two together. I had all the symptoms. my ths was normal.
