Noophoric B Complex Vitamins for Women and Men, Vitamin B Complex with Vitamin C, B Vitamins, B12, Biotin, Folate, Choline and Inositol, 60 Capsules

got these for myself due to vitamin deficiency. my energy felt drained everyday and i had to do something about it. been taking them about 2 or 3 weeks and i feel more lively lol. i feel better just seeing them and taking them. i know im doing something wonderful for my body. when i dont take them, ive missed days on a accident doinh life stuff and it doesn't effect me till the next day. i do recommend these to anyone who is low on vitamin B in general.

I never knew this before but b7 is biotin and the amount of it is very high. It had a big effect on how my levothyroxine was able to work. It was not good. Never take the two together. I had all the symptoms. my ths was normal.

Gives me a chance to not overstuff a container. Easier to find stuff. I have another for sewing supplies

Easy to swallow and no problems or issues at all. Does work well.

The B - Complete really works !!!

I have taken big complex vitamins for years, so it’s a product. I am familiar with and would buy over and over.

I love that this is a capsule. and it's not a pill. you see and feel the results pretty immediately.

never received. order was cancelled by you. ????

Feel so much better now that I'm taking this balanced B vitamin supplement. Recommend!

Doctor recommended B vitamins along with CoQ10 to combat lethargy, after taking statin medication for cholesterol. It’s too early to tell . But, I can say there is no bitter taste in this. And, I’m not famished by the time it gets in my system. I figured B vitamins can help. Rated below 5 stars because it is too early to tell whether it’s a positive effect.
