Great Vitamin
These are great. I didn't a lot of reach before purchasing. I have hypothyroidism and read that B vitamins could help me feel a little better. I could definitely tell the difference. I felt less tired and sluggish than I normally do. Overall better. I have forgotten to take them here and there and notice the difference when I don't.

Good Bee'zzzz
it swallows easily. The b's are absorbed well as noted by my urine, not to get personal. There are no Vit B burps either. No heartburn, no burps, no after taste.
