I took the 40mg for a couple of years. I found these one day while shopping at Walmart. The 540mg ones are so much better.

I find that the lower milligram ones I was on before these from Walgreens worked better. They were only 50 mgs, I took 2 at a time. Worked great!!! Switching back to them after these are gone. Everyone's body reacts differently though. It may work great for you. 🙂

Pills are quite large but not unmanageable. I like that it's only one pill per day vs the two with my old brand making them a much better value.

I got these for my wife. She says, "they do help with the hot flashes". However, she has a hard time swallowing them. they tend to get stuck going down and turn sideways. Eating a piece of bread helps push it on down.
