Great value for money! These were the exact amounts of calcium and vitamin D my doctor recommended, so I'm happy to have found such a great source for these vitamins.
I have used this product for years. Doctor recommended Calcium and vitamin D for strong bone health. This product helps very well and will continue to use it. I am nearing my eighties and plan on keeping my health in check. This formula is excellent.
I need to take this because of osteopenia, and I am very satisfied with this product. Capsule, but not too large, easy to take.
They are large pills, but taking 2 daily is the correct dosage recommended by provider.
