Best Naturals Extra Strength Biotin Keratin Supplement, 10000 mcg, 200 Capsules

I will never stop taking this supplement. It has increased the thickness and speed of my hair growth. I had noticed my hair was starting to thin and I happened to hear a doctor say in an interview that he recommended Biotin for people with thinning hair after Covid. I get compliments all the time on my long hair.

My hair, nails and skin became dull and brittle due to stress so I decided to try this product as well as good nutrition. Biotin is a B vitamin and therefore water soluble, this mcg amount will do no harm. The results have been amazing. It's helped the strength of my hair because I notice less hair in my shower drain catcher and brush and my hair is shinier. My nails seem stronger because they used to split all the time and haven't since I started taking this product. The pills do not have a strong odor, there's no after taste, and it's easy to swallow. Also, the pills don't seem too big and it doesn't upset my stomach. It makes me feel a little better from a company who's quality you trust. I take it every day and will continue to do so. I highly recommend it for healthy hair, skin and nails!

Biotin has literally helped my hair and nail growth... At 70 yrs old, I need all the help I can get...lol Always check with your doctor tho, as too much can cause errors in results for blood work and labs. I upped my dosage from 1/day up to 3/day, which caused abnormal test results. I'm back to 1/day of Biotin 10,000 mcg, which is 10 mgs.

The Bitoin has made my hair grow. the top of my head was all bald, and it's starting to come in now.And I haven't even been on it one month yet..

I take biotin every day so having the option of these capsules is great. They are small n slide down easily. I liked that it comes in 10000 mcg as that is exactly what I take so no need to take multiple pills.

It seems to be helping my nails as long as I keep polish on them. Otherwise, they're still splitting and cracking. However, it's only been a couple of weeks, so time will tell!

I've been using this for more than a year, and my hair and nails are vastly improved. Nails no longer split and I don't have a daily sinkful of hair.

DO NOT try to purchase this item because it is a time consuming scam. I ordered and paid for it on 19 February 2026 and was notified on 24 February 2026 that "they" canceled my order with NO explanation and would be issued a refund. That doesn't alleviate or compensate for not being able to continue taking the supplement daily because of their failure to ship the item as promised, and subsequent delay in notifying me of their noncompliance so that I Delaywould be able to purchase it elsewhere in time.

NOT recieved. Customer service AI was of no help.
