I just received it and am taking daily. i hope that it helps with my nail ridges which indicate a depletion of folic acid.

Folic Acid
The price wasn't too bad but when the bottle was opened there was about a 1/3 of the bottle were in powder and broken tablets so I would never buy or recommend these for anyone. Be careful.
