i like the gingko biloba tablets for easy swallowing I've used them before and they are good for some calming effects and help me think better. I'm 5'2" and weigh c 130-135lbs. just started using them. I'll ket you know how these work after i take the reccommed amout. ...as to just how i feel after these.

This is an easy-to-take product that helps me with my memory. Other products seem to cost twice as much but I notice no difference with the other products. So this is a good value.
