It helps lubricate joints (often used for arthritis). My joints are less painful at age 70 I can still run pretty well and my gait is "amazing". I know a lot has to do with how well you took care of body, but I wasn't planning on getting spinal stenosis and that pain nearly broke my spirit. I take the Hyaluronic Acid %26 MSM 500 Mg 2 times a day and of course I take other important and needed supplements to combat my spinal stenosis. It took 3 months to feel the pain slowly easing away and many prayers later, my pain is all gone. I recommend this product for anyone dealing with mild spinal stenosis.

I've been taking this supplement for over a year and I can't with confidence say that I've seen a difference in my skin (which is what I take them for). I keep taking them because i'm holding on to hope. Because it makes me feel like I'm trying. I've noticed no side effects, they don't make me nauseous like other supplements have. So I'd say if you want to integrate them into your self care and make them part of a routine that makes you feel good, then these won't hurt.

Not only did I not receive the product. When I contacted Walmart, they told me there would be a refund. I was shorted over $10 on the. Refund, not a good experience at all.
