This wonderfully helped my back %26 joint pain. I was going to add it into my shampoo but I kept putting it off, so I swallowed them instead %26 when I woke each morning I noticed my pain was way less. It may not affect everyone the same , however for myself it does wonders. I give it 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Happy with this product
I hadn't taken wheat germ oil before, but my sister recommended it to me and so I thought I'd give it a try. I think my hair is healthier and my skin is less dry than it often is in the winter, so I do think it's helping with the cellular functions she said it would.
