This looks like a good product. It wax supposed to come in one day and ended up being 5 days. The seller had put some kind of restriction on it that customer service had to contact them to remove. After 3 calls to customer service, I finally got my product. I will probably not order this again because it came from a third party seller. They give you no information and it is not worth the aggravation

I re-ordered the same item that I ordered before and it is a completely different product. The last time I got it, the ingredients were organic virgin coconut oil, gelatin, glycerin, and purified water. Ordering with the same UPC code, it now contains non-organic virgin coconut oil, gelatin, glycerin, Sorbitol, sodium methylparaben, and sodium propylparaben. There is no indication on the listing or on the label that the ingredients are vastly different. If you just go by the UPC code, you'll think it's the right thing. This should be illegal. If you change the product, it should have a different upc code.
