I take this powder with juice every morning. It tastes really good. It gives me great energy so that I do not have to drink coffee. It has all the major greens plus sarsaparilla . I was buying Wheatgrass alone so this is a big savings and the price is reasonable .PS the bag is not completely full that's the only downside but I will reorder .
