Amazing Nutrition Melatonin Plus L-Theanine, 120 Tablets

This actually makes me sleepy. I've tried another brand that came in a capsule form that didn't put me to sleep but gave me good sleep. This actually gets me to feel sleepy at a reasonable time and also get a deeper sleep. There was one night where I did push past the sleepiness so it's not like a total knock-out sleep, but if you go to bed when you feel the drowsiness kick in, you'll be asleep in no time.

This Melatonin is a good product. The addition of L-Theanine is for relaxation. It seems to be effective. The pill is smaller than most Melatonin that I have used making it easy to swallow. All told, I will continue to use this product.

I ordered 250 pills and only received 120. Kind of made me angry as it was obviously more to order 250 vs 120. They better make it right!

I have always trouble with sleeping and tried a lot of different otc products. It does help you get to sleep but after about 3 hours I am awake and don't go back to sleep. I'm sure this helps a lot of people, but it didn't work for me as far as getting a nights sleep. I did not have a groggy feeling the next morning.
