Looks and taste like real Ceylon cinnamon Unlike the Sun Valley product at Walmart sells is visibly not Ceylon cinnamon . You can tell by the color and the smell and the taste. This product is real Ceyon cinnamon!
easy to take - I have put it in hot black tea and the capsule dissolves easily to allow the cinnamon to be mixed completely in the tea - tastes great - I did I pink pack of artificial sweetener.

I consume the cinnamon capsule in tea or add it to my coffee. Gives me a sense of comfort and relaxation.
