I do not generally give product reviews unless it's to warn others of a major defect, or in this case, a resounding thumbs up. I was not really expecting much for the price that I paid for this stool, but I have to admit that as an engineer, I was very impressed. The packaging was all well done with each component properly padded. The single sheet of instructions was simple enough for most people to follow, and the packaging for the small parts was way above what I have been experiencing. They even added an extra screw of each size, and a set of gloves to keep your hands clean during the simple assembly. There are a total of 14 screws to be installed with the provided wrench. The swivel and rollers seemed to work very well on my hardwood flooring and it remains to be seen if the rather plain seed is comfortable for extended sessions. All in all, I would have to say that this stool has exceeded my preliminary expectations. For some reason, I am not allowed to upload pictures

This is a great stool for the price point. It is exactly the height we needed and functions excellently for the position we purchased it for. It certainly fits the bill. It was easy to assemble, with the parts being well labeled. As other reviewers mentioned, the cotton gloves included for assembly were a nice perk! Assembled, the stool sits solidly without any wobbles or creaks. We hope this will hold up well to daily use.

It met all my needs. It is adjustable, the wheels roll easily and it was not difficult to put together. I have had to tighten the screws again, but that wasn't a big thing.

It fits where I needed it. The booklet wasn't enclosed and two Of the screws were to small. Also needed the spanner. I think they sent me one that was returned BUT i plan on keeping it if they correct problems

There is a Strong Chemical Smell Coming from the Chair. Chair has a prop 65 warning of Cancer and Birth defect. The Chemical smell coming from the Chair is not safe to breath in. Seller on its page for " WARNING - California Proposition 65" - selected none, when in fact the label on the Chair states it does. FOR SAFETY AND HEALTH REASONS I SUGGEST NO ONE BUY THIS CHAIR.

This chair would have been perfect for what I needed BUT, it was missing a piece and could not be assembled. It's too much of an inconvenience to return so I did not reorder this item in case it happened again.

no instructions on how to put it together. no website nothing. not a single piece of paper. Also, the box was ripping and not sufficient for the weight of the product.
