So far this bike is great! I have purchased a ride on scooter from Aovopro before and was impressed (I would ride it 13 miles to work everyday, charge it at work and ride it home) it worked great but was rough on the battery. I decided to get an ebike to ride to work, it'll go faster and have better battery! Should be able to ride to and from work on a single charge. I haven't been able to ride it yet because there was a problem with the battery, I reached out to Aovopro and they sent me a new one that arrived today! Looking forward to the ride tomorrow! The bike took about an hour or so to put together, the rear splash guard was odd figuring out where it went but got it! The quality seems good, my dad has some $1,000 e-bike and he was impressed with the build quality of this one!

I liked that the bike arrived the next day, as advertised. I also prioritized the ability to return to the store, since I have had issues with returns through other vendors. I haven't yet encountered a problem requiring a return, but it's nice to have that option. The build quality could be better, for example the hardware was not included to install both mud-guards. This isn't an issue for me, but for the buyer who expects everything to work as advertised out of the package, it might be. I was also slightly frustrated that the manual did not include assembly instructions. I managed to muddle through, but that same buyer who care about the mud guards will probably care about the manual. I also had difficulty attaching a trailer, but that was not at all the fault of the bike seller or manufacturer, just something to be aware of, this bike has a 1/2 inch rear axle, and the trailer I bought was designed to attach to a 3/8 inch axle. An excellent budget bike for city or short distance riding. I got it to lug myself and a dog around, with both of us we are right around 290 lbs, well short of the 350 lb weight limit. We are able to go 25 mph on flat, paved ground. On an upward incline of about 20 degrees, we were able to maintain about 15 mph without pedaling. Charging for the first time took about 3 hours, I haven't had it long, but I'm assuming that's close to how long it will take to charge from nearly empty.

I got this aovopro ebike on clearance for $299 plus tax the total was $323 with free shipping it arrived in less than 23 hours I use it every Saturday and Sunday morning 🌄 great starter ebike it goes about 26mph if you get the app great GPS tracker I'm going to start using it for work. I had a hard time trying to connect to my Bluetooth but I git to connect. I love riding this ebike

I love this bike! I ride it all around town on the paved trails. Long battery range. However, my chain fell off trying to go on the dirt/ mountain biking trails. This bike isn't durable enough for bumps and trails like that. If you are looking to ride on the street/ paved trails, this bike is perfect for that.

Zero instructions ,no info for controller settings,throw cheap fenders away .I removed fenders after assembly,Tires will need replacement .Pro side ride is smooth,good shifts,power good.

One of the pedal and crank will not stay true out of the box even after securing it multiple time. It was not easy to contact their support. I have not yet able to make contact on day 9.

When I opened the box everything seemed great… easy assembly, but when I looked at the charging port it was charged and burnt. My son was so disappointed, but I told him I had insurance and he can still ride it… but when the battery dies he'll have to wait and see if they replace it… oh and there were no keys as stated in the manual… he was devastated but hopefully the insurance I paid for will cover the manufacturers mistake…. I still recommend this bike !!! It's very impressive for the price.

I had great hopes for this bike. On the first ride the pedel assembly fell off. Installation before packaging caused an issue. The bolt was over tightened/ unaligned causing the bolt to be stripped.

We have has the bike for less then a month and already the battery will not charge, the display speed doesn't work and the chain keeps popping off every time my son rides it.

I have to return the bike after just using it once. It was not easy at all to assemble. The directions are too sparse. I am very disappointed. Do yourself a favor and find other options. Unfortunately, e-bikes are not cheap at all.
