Great product for the price. It does take at least three people to put it up. It's very sturdy, even with strong winds from a thunderstorm. Would recommend this product.

Definitely need more that 2 people, I would say 3 people and 2 ladders to put it together. Overall though, it is pretty easy to put together, and it looks very nice once it is finished.

worst experience ever, first the package was delivered to the wromg place sp i only received 1 of 2 boxes, then when I finally received the second box there are major parts missing not allowing me to even complain about it because the instructions were not there as well so i can't even know the parts number..... terrible so please do not repeat MY mistake.

From the picture that Walmart advertised, it showed cross brackets inside the roof for support. When I got the the gazebo and assembled it, there were no cross brackets nor were they stated on the instructions. I then called Aoxun and emailed a copy of my receipt, the picture of the gazebo advertised on Walmart's online site, and pictures of the gazebo I assembled. I got one call back stating that they were reviewing my email and would respond that night. I followed up with phones calls and emails but still no response after weeks have gone by. I live in Wisconsin and the roof on this gazebo will not be able to handle the amount of snow we get in the winter time. I will have to spend extra money in order to install make shift cross brackets in order to avoid a collapse of the gazebo. I would not recommend this for anyone who experiences any amount of snow. Poor customer service from Aoxun.

DONT BUY CUSTOMER support is horrible. i have been contacting them for a month in reference to missing parts. got one response then nothing. The initial delivery one whole box was missing. Had to wait another week. unable to complete due to the missing parts for the roof. dont buy.

One is the lowest I can give. Very disappointed. Waited 35 days for item and never received it. Receiving a refund, but rather have a replacement. Cannot share a photo.

nd I had issues with parts that were not in box during delivery. Walmart and I tried to contact seller for over a month. Walmart promise that they would cover the total cost since we could not contact seller. Lies, Lies, Lies, very upset with Walmart's customer services, not keeping their promise to me since I been a customer for more than 10 yrs. I received a week ago 03/15/24 ( 2 boxes out of 3). I contacted immediately Walmart customer service and the seller. I was told by WCS to expect an answer from the seller in 48hrs . Tuesday came and the seller did not reply. I contacted again WCS and I was told they will contact the seller on my behalf and I will receive the return label from the seller in 48 hrs. Today is Friday 03/22/24 and of course I DID NOT RECEIVE any return label from the seller. Here I go again and reached out for the third time to WCS and the amount of excuses is amazing. I was asked again to wait 48 hrs and I will receive my return label from the seller.
