Very good bike for the value!

Love the bike, the size is great for our soon to be 13 year old and the price is way less than most bikes.

Pretty easy to put together. Taller than I expected which is good because my teenage son is tall. Great features.

It is just what our son wanted.

This is an awesome bike. Easy to assemble and great to ride. It's great looking as well.

1) Ordered online; recieved with 'front wheel rim is bent'. 2) Customer support, the representative was great; she was kind enough to submit a replacement. 3) I returned the faulty product in store. 4) Received new package - had to Refuse because the box/package is crushed.

Couldn't tell you if the bike was any good because it came so damaged. The derraillor was pushed inside the spokes and the wheel wobbles. I'm assuming it was in shipping that it was damaged. We spent hours attempting to reconcile the problem. Unfortunately this bike was out of stoke so we couldn't order another one. With my sons birthday the next day we did the best we could to straighten it out but we don't know if it will work or not. Extremely disappointed.

had it for 2 weeks son rode it off of a curb crossing the street and the front forks broke. wheel went flying and my son went face first into the concrete. I dont recommend this bike. the curb was about 5 inches high and my son weighs 90 lbs. this bike should not have fallen apart like that.

Poor packaging - the frame had multiple scratches from chaffing to the handlebar and front wheel during transit. In addition, the front wheel was poorly assembled - it was wobbling and rubbing against the brake pads that I was unable to test ride it. Don't buy it!!!!
