Arctic Air Pure Chill 2.0, Personal Evaporative Air-Cooler

Runs out of water a lot, so you have to refill often..ports of mists get clogged swipe with a Q tip..., it drips water inside the unit, and it may spill out on talble .. but it does cool the area around you well for a tiny unit ..

As an "older" lady, over heating is very tiring. This item was bought to help keep my kitchen cooler, while cooking, washing dishes ... because there's only one vent. I have used it both with and without ice in the top.

doesn't really work. it blows cool air, but not freezing cold air. even when you freeze the main container

Don't waste your money. The Artic Air stopped working the second day of use. Troubleshooting did not help. Lesson learned. Very disappointing.

Not as portrayed and didn't even receive the item described. You need to constantly fill it with water, then put ice cubes in the water to "super cool" it along with keeping the filter in your freezer for a bit to help cooling the air flow as well. My box fan cools me quicker than this thing. Unfortunately I don't have the means to take it back; but definitely not worth the $35 I paid for.

This was/is a worthless item!! Not at all what it was advertised to actually do!! Expensive and worthless to even produce much cooling comfort for any space like it was advertised!! I should have returned it but the allowed time is extremely limited. Sorry that I wanted to believe it would actually be worth purchasing. Very, very disappointed.

You sent the wrong chiller. I ordered Arctic Air Pure Chill.!!!!! You sent a Chillwell… They are not the same. I tried that type and don't like it. Amazpn and now Walmart have, without asking my permission, substituted one for the other. This is the hot season right now. If my ordered couldn't be fulfilled I should have been told. The order should not have been confirmed! I am in my mid eighties and now I have to return this item.

I ordered this Arctic Air Cooler. Walmart sent me Chillwell Cooler instead. I live far from the nearest Walmart where I could return it. I am 87 years old and I could not return it. I am very disappointed that Walmart did this. Never happened before. I still want the Arctic Air cooler that I ordered and paid for.
