Arctic King 12,000Btu Remote Control Window Air Conditioner, White WWK12CR81N

Great AC. It's better than my new GE 10k BTU. It's quick, efficient, and not loud but not quiet. Easy install ion and operation.. I wish I bought more, will def buy again. Especially with the sale they had then at $218. I got 3yr replacement but can't say anything bad as of this time.

My last AC unit could barely keep the house at 70 when it was 75 outside. I got this one and just on LOW, it gets to cold I have to wear socks. I like the energy saver feature, too. It is also very quiet.

Love my Artic King cools off whole 500sq foot apartment when big heat /air unit would not and does not run constantly.

I needed a larger AC unit for my living room as I live on the second floor of a house. This does the job of cooling things down very nicely, even when it's on economy mode. I'm not looking forward to my new electric bill (lol) but I'm hoping having it on economy mode will help with that. Thanks!

The air conditioners work GREAT. During this heat wave in July todays date is 21, 2023. It has been in the 100 degree weather every day for 8 days or more --now rain is finely expected in 2 days . Thank you so much for the very very good Arctic King air conditioners.

Arrived with a HUGE DENT on the back left corner which was discouraging to see. normally I would have just packed it up and send it back but seeing as how it's the middle of the summer and it's freaking hot as all heck I needed this air conditioner so bad so I just took it out of the box set it up and pray that it would work. thankfully it does work but it makes kind of a weird sound that I have never heard from an air conditioner unit before so I'm guessing that has something to do with the huge dent on the side and back of the unit but hey cools down the room pretty well so I'll just leave it for now.

I receive my ac with a few dents maybe during delivery, because the box was damaged. I don't know if I can return it.

This looked like a quality unit by the pictures show and the description. When I pulled it out of the box, I noticed that the box was slightly damaged. I have seen worse. The outer tin cover on one side has dented in on both top and bottom of the case that I had difficulty installing the air dams. I looked it all over and noticed that the entire internal duct work was in pieces. Something happened to this during shipping along the way somewhere. It's going back.

Delivered upside down by FedEx now does not work. I can nit find away to contact seller so i will lever this negative review until someone contacts me on this purchase. Im aware this is not the brand or sellers faukt but the delivery systems fault but nit being able to conact seller is very irritating. now im eating the cost.

Purchased July 1st 2018, Replaced August 30th 2019. remote acted up after about 8 months and the unit itself would never kick on unless set at low temps. The room could be in the mid or high 70's and never kick on unless set at 67 or 68. Finally got fed up with it once it stopped cooling unless set at the lowest setting.
